Pattern and Texture
Photograph 2 was taken of flowers that were on my front porch. I put my camera close to the flowers when I took this photo. I took this photo from below. This photo is vertical but I rotated the picture upside down. I considered the rule of thirds for this photo because I did not place one flower directly in the center. This photograph is an example of texture because the clarity of the picture make it look like you can actually feel the flowers. Photograph 2 may be over exposed because the flowers in the picture are very white. Photograph 3 is underexposed because there was not enough light in rain drops to bring more white and gray into the picture. Photograph 4 is the best example of a properly exposed photo because there is an equal amount of black, gray and white in the photo.
