This photo was taken for the pattern and texture assignment. I chose this photo because of its compositional elements such as its shapes and textures. A soft texture is portrayed in this photo. My point of view in this photo was from below. The flowers are in the foreground. I considered the rule of thirds in this photo because I did not place one flower directly in the center.

This photo was taken during the studio portrait assignment. This portrait has compositional elements such as lines, positive and negative space, patterns, and I followed the rule of thirds. My point of view was from slightly above. The light was hitting the subject from the upper left, creating a contrast in light exposure. In this photo I removed the hair elastic from her wrist. This photo has a mysterious sense of mood because the viewer does not know what the subject is thinking about.

This photo was taken outside of school for the portrait assignment. This photo has compositional elements that include shapes, texture, and leading lines. My point of view in this photo was straight on. I chose this picture because of the clarity and the way the light was hitting the subject. In this photo I also took out a person that was standing behind the subject. This photo also has a mysterious tone because the viewer does not know what the subject is thinking about.

I took this photo for the double exposure assignment. I overlapped an out side of class portrait with a reflection landscape picture. Compositionally this photo has lines, shapes, texture, and leading lines. The lighting came from the side in the portrait which made the subject's eye glow. This photo capturing the idea of life and how everything living thing on this planet eventually dies.
